interests lie in real estate development, sales, and management, but also extend to the service industry.
Notable development projects include:
Residential developments owned and managed (serviced) by PAL including:
• Mille Court (14no. townhouses)
• Rhemia Place Apartments (8no., 2 bedroom, fully serviced apartments).
Residential developments built for sale include:
• Ramata Greens Apartments Phase 1 – Clubhouse (with 14 units, 1 bedroom, serviced
apartments – owned and managed by PAL) + 70 units (Thirty (30) 2 bedroom units, and forty
(40) 3 bedroom units, all en suite, and with DSQ – all sold)
• Runda Gardens (Phase 1 – 52 units completed, and sold, in what will be a high-end gated
community of a total of 120 units).
Commercial projects include:
• Kiambu Mall (an ultra-modern shopping complex situated off Kiambu road in the heart of
Kiambu town)
• Regis Runda Academy (Kenya’s only national curriculum school built to modern international
standards).
In the service industry, PAL owns and manages Fuchsia Gardens @ Eldo-Farm, a stunningly
beautiful events space, with boutique art hotel opening soon.
